Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements you may have with us (such as an MSA or SOW), constitute the entire agreement between you and Momentiv regarding your use of the Site.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
