‍Commercial information: services of interest, proposals, transactions (if applicable).
‍Internet/activity data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring pages, and similar analytics.
‍Approximate geolocation inferred from IP.
‍Professional information you choose to share.
‍Inferences drawn to improve the Site, services, and marketing.

3) How We Collect It
Directly from you via Webflow forms, email, phone, consultations, and scheduling.

Notice at collection: We collect the categories in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 4 and disclose as in Section 7.
‍Sensitive data: We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information.
‍Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information for targeted advertising; you can opt out via our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link (if implemented) or by emailing us.
‍Non-discrimination: We won’t discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Ads choices: Use your browser controls; platform preferences (e.g., Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences); and industry opt-outs (e.g., DAA/NAI). Some choices rely on cookies—clear them and you may need to opt out again.

11) AI & Automated Decision-Making
We use AI tools (Section 5) to assist human staff with drafting, summarization, and internal workflows. We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to our business. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13) International Transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data in countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

14) Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
